What is your production capacity?
Over 4,000,000 meters of elastic per month, supported by 24 elastic looms, 30 webbing looms, and 50 drawcord machines (104 production machines total).
How fast is your lead time?

Are you Oeko-Tex certified?
Yes. Happy Star is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Product Class I (Baby Articles), the strictest class, safe for direct skin contact with infants. Tested by Hohenstein Laboratories, Germany. Certificate 24.HVN.78548, valid through 30 September 2026. We also produce elastic and drawcord with 20–100% recycled PET content.
Do you supply international brands?
Yes. We work with global apparel brands including Hummel and OEM factories across Vietnam, the United States, European Union, Japan, Korea and other markets.
Which spandex brands can you use?
All major branded spandex inputs to match your fabric specification: Lycra® (Invista), Creora® (Hyosung), ROICA™ (Asahi Kasei), and other premium grades. Tension and stretch precision is calibrated regardless of spandex source.
Do you offer rush / urgent elastic orders?
Yes — limited rush production available with delivery as fast as 1.5 days within northern Vietnam (Hanoi / Hai Phong area). Subject to capacity, material availability, and minimum quantity. Surcharge applies. Contact us early to reserve a daily slot.
